My journey began in my family's retail business as soon as I could walk and talk, giving me a deep understanding of how business works.
By the time I finished college, I had already held leadership roles across our business, giving me boots on the ground experience from the get-go. I have spent the last 30 years in executive financial leadership, including 22 years with a Top 100 (billion dollar) national commercial construction company.
A team-builder at heart, I love to explore, research and discover new ways to create meaningful change. I enjoy traveling, hiking and biking on Kansas City trails and the mountains of Colorado with my co-pilot Jack Russel Terrier, Madie, and spending time with my extended family.
